Goals:

• Combine two separate websites (an eCommerce site, and a static site) into one, managed through one interface.
• Sync their in-store's inventory in Quickbooks with their web store's inventory.
• Create a website that is easy for the staff to manage and update.

End Product:

• We used the open source eCommerce platform Magento to combine a content management system with an extensive shop.
• To sync the the online inventory/sales with their existing in-store Quickbooks set-up, we used a program eCC.
• The client can now more easily monitor sales, add/edit/update products and pages. Their order fulfillment process has been streamlined making it easier and more efficient.
